Six Groups Established for Education

Description

Six groups, by level of intelligence or I.Q., were established for education after examination. Study within these groups embodied both practical and academic skills to encourage the abilities of each student. The industrial arts were essential for the female students. Shop and manual training were requisite courses for the male students.
