              <text>Dr. Mark K. Allen began his work as a psychologist at the Utah State Training School in 1932. He served as a psychologist or consulting psychologist at the school for over 40 years. Beginning in 1933 a Saturday clinic was held for prospective admissions. Consults and counsel were given to parents and social service workers. This was the first of its kind in the state of Utah and continued in some form through 1975.</text>
